The returns options for items sold and dispatched by our Range Plus Partners is slightly different. You'll need to return your item directly to our Range Plus Partner within 14 days of receiving it.
We can't accept the return of these items at any of our stores, so you'll need to get in touch with us to authorise one of the following return methods...
Use a Returns Label
For smaller items sold by our Range Plus Partners, they'll often include a returns label with your order. It's important to first authorise your return by contacting our Customer Care team with a photo of your item attached, then just pop it in the post in its original packaging with this returns label clearly attached.
If a returns label hasn't been provided, you can post your item back to our Range Plus Partner via a recorded delivery method. One of our Customer Care agents will be happy to authenticate the return and provide you with the returns address. You'll need to clearly display this address on your parcel, along with your full name and order number.
Please ensure you retain proof of delivery as our Range Plus Partners cannot be held liable for items lost in transit.
Arrange a Collection
If a returns label hasn't been included, or if your item is on the large side, we can arrange a collection of the item directly from you. Get in touch with us and one of our trained agents will be happy to assist with this.
If you’re returning an item due to a change of mind, it’ll need to be in its original, unused condition and one of the fees below will apply.
