You can return products purchased from us online within 14 days of receipt. There are a couple of ways that you can get your items back to us...
If you're returning an item because you've changed your mind, it’ll need to be in its original, unused condition and a fee may apply.
We can't accept the return of used items, Made to Order items, or anything damaged after delivery
Items sold by our Range Plus Partners have a different returns policy.
Free Returns to Store
Items sold and dispatched by our Range Plus Partners cannot be returned to our stores. View our Range Plus Partner returns policy for more information.
You can return most smaller items purchased online to any of our stores within 14 days of receipt, just remember to bring your delivery note with you. Most larger products, such as furniture and appliances, can’t be returned to stores, as highlighted on your order confirmation and returns label.

When posting your items back to us, it’s important you first authorise your return by contacting our Customer Care team. Once authorised, you can use the returns label included in your original delivery or, if you can't find your returns label, please clearly mark your parcel with your order number and full name and return it to:

We’ll Collect Your Item
You'll need to contact our customer care team to arrange the collection of larger items. Prior to your collection date, you'll receive a phone call to confirm the details. Some items may be collected directly by our supplier, but we'll inform you about this process when we talk to you. Please keep the item safe and protected as it's your responsibility until we've collected it from you.
In order to protect both you and our colleagues, we're currently only able to collect items from your doorstep or a safe area outside of your home (e.g. garage). We're continually reviewing this in line with Government guidance and our Partners. If this isn't suitable for you, you'll be able to defer your collection to a later date.
Refunds are processed within 3-5 working days of receiving your returned items and are refunded back to your original payment method.
