Click & Collect
Our Click & Collect service allows you to place an order online and collect it from your chosen store using available in-store stock. There are no delivery charges for Click & Collect orders.
Collecting Your Items
Once your order has been prepared, you will receive a ‘Ready to Collect’ email containing a QR code. Please wait until you receive this email before visiting the store to collect your order.
When collecting your order, please ensure you have the QR code available for verification.
Orders will be held in store for 7 days from the date of the ‘Ready to Collect’ email. If the order is not collected within this period, it will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
