If you've changed your mind, we're happy to refund your items. Simply return them in an unused condition within 14 days after you've received them. Get started by logging into your account and following the returns guidance. If you're returning your item due to a change of mind, a fee will apply.
You may also return faulty items or anything damaged in transit free of charge within 14 days. However, we can't accept the return of used items, Made to Order items, or anything damaged after delivery.

Most small/regular items can be returned within 14 days of purchase by post using a recorded delivery method or the returns label included in the package. For a successful return, ensure everything is packaged well in its original packaging. Contact our Customer Care team with a photo of your item attached before you send it so we can authenticate the return.
Alternatively, we can arrange a collection directly from you. This option is also available for larger items, such as furniture and patio sets.
Unfortunately, we can't accept the return of any Range Plus Partner product in our stores.
